Non cash payment - first payments

Institutional clients make usually non-cash payments.

Below is information that your company / institution must give in the description of the bank transfer, when making sequential payments on the fund account.

Fields on a bank transfer form or through the internet for making transfers on a bank account	Description of the transfer on the fund account of Union Investment
Recipient	Name of the fund and address: Polna 11 Street 00-633 Warsaw Attention: in the event of transfers through the internet, some banks demand entering the name and address of the bank, in which the fund’s assets are deposited. Please give the following information: Deutsche Bank Polska SA, Al. Armii Ludowej 26.
Account number	The bank account number of the fund (given in the table below).
Information of the ordering party	Name and address of the company .
Description of payment:	Register number in the fund, purchase of participation units in the fund and name of the fund.

The acquired units will be entered on the company’s register not later than in the course of 7 calendar days from the day that the Transfer Agent receives confirmation of payment on the fund account and the identification of the company on the basis of the register number.

Attention! Transfers which are illegible or incorrect or otherwise causing doubts regarding their content or authenticity will not be recognized as valid.

Important: in the case of reinvestment one should enter in the “description field” the word “Reinwestycja” and give the date that the disposition was placed for the redemption of participation units.
