How to gain access to UniSieć system?

Step 1 - signing an UniSieć contract:

If you want to take advantage of the possibilities of viewing your account and making transactions, we propose that you would sign a contract for the use of the UniSieć Transaction - Information Internet System.

The contract must be signed in the presence of a Union Investment employee or an employee of a Customer Service Point which is selling Union Investment funds.

Before signing the contract acquaint yourself with the regulations which are available here

(note: they are in polish). Before going to the CSP, please prepare all the necessary information and documents:

  • a document with photo,
  • tax ID number,
  • number (or numbers) of your bank account - in order to realize orders for the redemption of fund units.

Step 2 - receipt of the active link and identification data to UniSieć:

After signing the contract you will receive 2 things:

  • An e-mail with an active link sent to the e-mail address given in the contract, which will allow you to access UniSieć.

Attention: the link is active to a certain day and hour (information will be contained in the e-mail). If the link expires (becomes inactive), please notify us by calling the number (0-22) 588 18 51.

  • A letter containing confidential access data will be sent by mail to the postal address given in the contract.

Attention: this data will be sent in two separate envelopes: in one will be the access data (user name and password), and in the second - a list of single use codes for making transactions.

Step 3 - activation of UniSieć access:

In the envelope with the data you will find instructions on how to activate access to UniSieć by the means of a link and the identification data received by mail.
If you need support of our consultants, you may contact them at the number (0-22) 588 18 51.
In the case of receiving a damaged envelope please inform us at the same number (0-22) 588 18 51.

After activating access to UniSieć, at once you can log in using the user name and password. This information can be changed after logging-in. Please write your user name and password in such a place and in a way that unauthorized persons do not have access to them.

The list of single use codes serves for the authorization to make transactions
- e.g. opening the register. This is an important element for the protection of the transaction - this list has its own unique number and no two participants possess identical sets of codes.

Attention: in the regulations and contract which you will sign at the CSP, you will see another name for UniSieć: tTransaction - Information System (System Transakcyjno - Informacyjny). Such a name can also be used by CSP employees.
