Transaction rules via UniSieć
Placing orders through UniSieć is very simple. Everything takes place step by step, by passing through various screens, which the system will inform you about.
If you want to test how it looks in reality, we have prepared a demo version of UniSieć, where you can place orders on a “virtual” register(s). Here you can get some practice, before you begin to place orders on own registers through UniSieć.
Do you want to test UniSieć? Look here.
In UniSieć you can place the following orders:

* The only possibility is making additional payments to the register by a transfer on the fund account; the lack of a possibility of opening a register results from the fact, that these are separate contracts, signed in a CSP in the presence of a worker.
** Resources on the register of an employee are at the disposal of the employer - he makes additional payments to the register; in compliance with the construction of the product according to law, these resources cannot be withdrawn yourself.
Attention: a proxy can not be instituted through UniSieć - this is only possible at the Customer Service Point, in the presence of a worker.
Rules of placing orders through UniSieć.
In compliance with the regulations of the UniSieć Transaction - Information System, as well as to not show favouritism to a certain group of funds participants, regulations concerning orders placed through UniSieć are the same as placing orders through a CSP, through the IVR system or a register opened by correspondence.
This means that in the case of orders placed through the internet, the rules described in the abbreviated prospectuses and prospectuses of funds are obligatory.
- The realization of the order must occur not later than in the course of 7 days from the date of placing the order (with the opening of a register, the date is determined as the date that the resources arrive on the account of the fund).
- In a purchase order the key element is the hour in which the Transfer Agent receives the customer’s order and simultaneously information from the bank depositary regarding the arrival of resources on the account of the fund.
- From this hour it depends, at what price will the order of the participant be realized - i.e. the price from the pricing day which will be used for the accounting of the transaction.
- For orders of conversion and redemption, the hour that the Transfer Agent receives the customer order is important.
Remember:
Because the rules about orders could undergo changes, we do not place them here on this page, in order not to lead you into error. If you want to find out more, go to funds prospectuses.
|
The “cut of time”- an hour, which determines the realization of orders is different for (sub)funds. For more details, check the information prospectus.
|
The rules for the realization of orders are also dependent on the type of order: there are obligatory rules for purchases, and different ones for conversion and redemption. For this reason, before placing an order, always make sure what the rules of realization are.
|
After placing an order through UniSieć, a printed confirmation will be sent to your postal address that you gave in the UniSieć Transaction - Information System contract. Simultaneously, transactions will be recorded in the transaction history of UniSieć.
