Choosing a Savings Plan, ask yourself the following questions:
1. How long do I want to save?
in other words: should I choose the 5-year plan or the 10-year plan?
2. Do I want to locate resources in one subfund or do I prefer to divide it into several subfunds simultaneously?
in other words: should I choose the One-Subfund-Based-Plan or the Individual Plan?
3. Is my inclination to risk:
- low (I prefer to invest safely, without losses),
- moderate (I want to earn, but I make allowance for a possible small drop in the investment),
- high (I like to take risks and I am in a position to incur losses in the short term).
in other words the choice of a subfund / subfunds in the Individual Plan.
4. What sum can I appropriate for systematical saving? How often will I pay?
in other words: determining the amount and frequency of payments to the Savings Plan (it should be declared in the contract).
5. How will I pay resources to the Plan?
in other words:
- will it be cash at a CSP,
- will it be by a standing order in a bank (hint: a good method for keeping payments regular)
- will it be by payment transfer through the post office, at a bank or through the internet
(we advise: the possibility of making payments that are more than the minimum limit of payments)
If you want to make sure that your payment is filled in correctly, check the information below that is necessary for a correct description of the payment or transfer:
