Union Investment Management Board

Currently the Board of our firm consists of three persons whose profiles we present below. Surely they are well-known from the economic press, often expressing their opinions on the strategy of the firm, the results of our funds and the investment funds market in general.

President of the board – Małgorzata Góra

Since 1999 President of the board for Union Investment TFI S.A. The best way for her to rest is at the seaside or in the mountains, where she spends most of the time on walks and literature. Her hobby is trying the cuisine from various distant places.

1998 - 1999	Manager of Marketing and Sales in Union Investment TFI S. A.
1995 - 1997	Regional manager for marketing in Pioneer.
1994	Assistant regional director responsible for marketing in Pioneer - the First Polish Society of Trust Funds.
Other functions
2004 - 2007	Council Member of the Chamber of Funds and Assets Managers (IZFiA).
2001 - 2004	Vice Chairman of the Association of Investment Funds Societies Council (STFI).

Vice President of the board - Zbigniew Jakubowski

Since 2001 Vice President of the board for Union Investment TFI S.A. He looks to the future (forecasting market trends) and is consequential in actions. Aside from reliance on “hard” facts and arguments, he also holds to the rule that one should always show a certain amount of humility in regards to what happens on the market. He actively participates in his favorite sports: windsurfing, volleyball, squash, diving and tennis.

Since 2000	President of the Board – Investment Director for Korona TFI SA.
1998 - 2000	Administering the assets in Bank Gdańsk SA and Brokerage House BIG-BG Sp. z o.o. and as a member of the board responsible for the investment policy in BWE Asset Management SA.
1998	Licensed investment advisor (license number 125).
1994	University of Gdańsk, Management Department Graduate - started working in the position of securities broker.

Member of the board – Małgorzata Popielewska

Since 2011 Member of the board for Union Investment TFI S.A. She believes in equilibrium in the world, combining professional duties with family life. She spends her free time actively, cycling and going on sightseeing tours. Another great passion of her and her family is music.
