About Union Investment
Union Investment TFI S.A. is the biggest and the most experienced, independent investment fund company in Poland. We have been present on the polish market for over 16 years, offering investment solutions of best quality for both individual and institutional clients. Our range of products includes: variety of open investment funds, portfolio management, saving plans, individual pension accounts, as well as special investment offer dedicated to enterprises and affluent individual clients.
Our competencies are supported by international experience of our shareholder – Union Asset Management Holding AG based in Frankfurt am Main.

2000
|
Union Investment and KORONA merge under Union Investment TFI S.A. name.
The new company’s sharekholders are: Union Investment Group (70%) and BGŻ S.A. (30%). The merged company manages 7 open investment funds.

1998
|
Union Investment Group begins activity in Poland and formes investment fund company which in the year 2000 changes the name for Union Investment TFI SA. Sales of the firs fund startes in September. Korona TFI S.A. receives the “Alicja” award for the most consumer-friendly investment product.

|
Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA and Creditanstalt launches Korona Towarzystwo Funduszy Powierniczych SA

We take care of the quality
We have been a member of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (IZFiA), since the beginning of its existence. Within the association we spread the knowledge about investment funds, as well as develop and improve business ethics in the field of investments.
Our activity is always consistent with requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and constantly controlled by this institution.
